there are some LEOs on this forum who might disagree with me, but IMO, that sort of thing happens to younger drivers far more than it does to those of us whose hair exhibits signs of "maturity" ... I got tagged with that and several other ticky-tacky violations as a young driver, but in recent years, I've had to really earn a traffic stop ...
