MMM... yea, i guess. i have discussed this with multiple people here in Chicago. They say that because my plates are out of state i will be scrutinized harder than in-state people. I stick out. However, knowing I'm only here for a year means that I should not get my plates changed, nor will I. Texas > Illinois.


P.S. In case there was question of maturity. This was my first violation of any kind (parking or moving) since before I was 18. I am not a reckless driver. I am way too calculated and analytical of a person to be reckless.
