Update. The body shop called me and said the Chrysler Dealership said that the problem with the spoiler is due to a defective upper limit switch. They said this was a known issue for which there was a TSB issued and would have been covered if my car was still under warranty. They also said that it could not be repaired even if it was under warranty because the parts are not available. Has any one heard of this or have any input on it? I have been doing some reseearch and found TSB # 23-032-06 (
Body - Rear Spoiler Service Parts and Procedures ) but can not actually find what the TSB says or anything that would directly relate to this. Any one here work for a Chrysler dealer who could look into this for me?
