Is it possible for a driver with a really fast reaction time to confuse the computer, resulting in the driver fighting the computer rather than the road situation? Or even a driver with a very slow reaction time reacting to the situation just as the correction has been made?
I assume that 'foot passenger' is a pedestrian, not a passenger who went through the windshield and now finds himself on foot. Yikes!
