Does anybody know if its possible to install a paddle shift on the steering wheel?

I have a automatic crossfire, and as you know it's possible to change gears with with pushing the gear ****.

This feature should be right and left next to the steering wheel. (Like in a M5 or M6)

Is it possible to do something like that?
