i've done a lot of different research on this topic. personally i like the white light. i'm getting a HID kit for Christmas but that only covers my low beams. i'm not going HID for highs and fogs because a) i think they are only legal here for lows and b) the highs and fogs switch on and off and HIDs take a little time to get fully on. so, knowing i'm going with HIDs on my lows at 4300K temp, i was looking into replacements for my highs and fogs so they will be closer the the white of my new HID. i was at wally-world looking and on the back of the packaging i noticed a scale on bulb life. look at the extended life bulbs because it shows a better comparison. also, i found this article posted on another thread CLICKY
long and short - i still don't know what to do. i like the white but i don't like spending money on bulbs and replacing them.
