Awesome, I guess I need to lay on some icy concrete and take a look at mine.If it looks bad I will be ordering that. I suppose a loose bearing could definitely cause my problems.

Obviously, I grew up on American V8's, so this type of 'shaft' is different to me. They are telling me it is a special shaft, not a driveshaft, and that it doesn't have u-joints.

Dealer says $1600 for new shaft and $180 to install...
