  1. Some folks didn't get one. Mine was in with the jack and pump. A flat screwdriver and wrench thingy.
  2. The second pull position is for rear fog light-Euro only.
  3. Beer. Whiskey (Think Saint Bernard). Detail equipent. Or a Mercedes Benz First Aid Kit. I found one on eBay.
