I've found no support for video clips in this board software.
At that size, it'd be practically impossible for most to download.
You might check out Usenet newsgroups, one in particular is alt.binaries.dvdr, where people post full DVD-quality movies. You can probably find a FAQ or something on how to get it uploaded.
