So how is the install of this part?

I looked under mine today and the bearing seemed fine, as did the rest of my drive shaft. Granted I wasn't on a lift, but I still saw no obvious problems. I figure it is either this or the shaft, and either way this replacement would be a good idea.

Just wondering what type of setup I will need to do it, since I am trying to move I am in an apartment and have no garage at the moment, so I have to find a place
