Default Re: Sprint Booster Question

I don't like the product due to poor throttle resolution, I would get big gaps in my pedals' travel. it sucks. I aslo had to reset throttle once a week as the computer would learn my pedal movement, which would further increase the rate of accelleration WAY too soon!

I was reading a Ken Bells superchargeing book the otherday, and he said slow throttle response on late model cars using Bosch Airflow meters is common, he stated that the addition of a supercharger with Bosch AF meter, will pull more air over the wire sensor and increase your throttle response.

It should also be noted, the throttle response is related to the manifolds dual stage design. at low rpm it pulls airflow thru the 3 foot long runners, which increases torque. this is the time when airflow is the slowest, and explains why the response is so slow and air flowing over the mass air sensor is pretty slow.
