• On-site registration and pre-registered check-in happens at QCR on Saturday, July 18, 2009.
• Check-in time is from 8:30am until 11:30am for carshow entries.
• Registration for racing entries will be accepted until 9:00am

0700E---Volunteers Arrive / Vendors Roll-In for Setup

0700E---Vendor Roll-In is 7am to 11am. You must be paid in full, or you will be turned away. This roll in time is firm.

0800E---Participant Gates Open

0800E---Vendor Midway Open

0815E---Racing Tech Open (NO Tech, NO Race)

0830E---Car Show Registration Open (Go to the F4 CHALLENGE tent for registration)

0830E---LX & BEYOND NATIONALS Racing Begins

0830E---Bracket Race Time Trials - All Classes (1st Round)

0900E---Spectator Gates Open

1000E---Heads-Up Race Qualifying (1st Round)

1030E---Bracket Race Time Trials - All Classes (2nd Round)

1130E---Car Show Registration Close

1200E---Car Show Judging Begins---Professional Judging by the F4 CHALLENGE Team.

• You may want to be at or near your vehicle, the judges may be asking questions & would like to meet the owners. Judging will start promptly at noon.

1545E---Quaker City Raceway will hold an OPEN Bracket Race competition the remainder of the evening that is open to the public. If you want to continue racing some more or any Car Show participants want to get some time on the track then here is your chance. All you have to do is pay QCR a fee and you can get some Time Trials and Bracket Race Competition.
