Pat's right try a paintless dent removal service first... some charge by dent others charge by panel.

When I watched Dent Doctor work on my Cutlass he placed the tool between the glass and the door and pushed the dents out from there without removing or drilling anything. And you couldn't even tell any dent was ever there or any repair was ever done.
