Replaced mine this weekend. Quick and easy. My old one was SHOT, 27K miles and the oil had leak out, the motion was jerky, and I am sure not helping my steering. Seems much better now, I won't know how much until I get my new tires, and get rid of my vibration. But so far, a definite need to do for most I am sure.
