When posting fuel economy figures it would be better to quote the mpg for both US and UK gallons. Since our gallon is bigger (not much of ours is bigger than the US) our figures will tend to falsely have a higher economy.

You need to multiply or divide the mpg by the following to convert:

1 gallon [UK] = 1.2009499 gallon [US, liquid]

My 34.077 mpg (UK) works out at 28.375 mpg (US). Impressive but slow!!

That was with BS EN228 RON95 (UK) fuel. I think that is the same as the US93 equivalent.
