I would have to agree. That would be more annoying than the current throttle lag.
Open road, Interstate, I'll give it to the SRT hands down. Even with the auto. But a few fella's, even an SRT or two, had trouble keeping up with me at the Dragon. There simply is no comparison on a twisty, reverse banked, switchback ,set of turns than the control you get with a clutch. Even with the clunky shifter we have.
I would love to have 300 hp but I doubt it would have made me much faster there.
Out on the Turnpike, that's another story.
