I don't think you need to check Ebay for the SRT-6 bumper. I seem to recall FP replaced his with one he purchased through the dealer. I could be wrong about where he bought it...that wouldn't be a first. 
At our GTG with FP, he said that someone here on the forum has a gray painted one for sale. I'll see if I can find it. It could always be repainted black.
