I think the Lambo doors look good on the crossfire. My daughter's doors go up 90 degrees. It does tale a little strength to pull them down if u are already sitting in the XF. The trick is to pull them down slightly as you are getting in. Once you do that , you guide the door to the bottom w/o bouncing it down hard and gently close the door as you would regular doors.
It takes a minute to get use to.
The only concern I have is that her doors need an additional guiding bar that would force the door outward before going up. The reason is because the way they are now if you try and open the door and immediately go up it will mess up the corner od the inner door pad. We are aware of this and do not have a problem understanding the mechanics of the process. Unfortunately the dealer personnel are brainless. They replaced the doorpads once already.
