I would question if the pulley is completed seated. I know some folks had to work HARD to get their pulleys on. The first one I got was .003" or .004" too small on the center hole and wouldnt fit on the crankshaft. I got a replacement and it just slipped right on.

Tighed1, did you have trouble installing the pulley or did it slip on?
