Default Re: billet grills???

Sorry to hear about your experience with them. However, it doesn't surprise me. This is the company that worked with a forum member (donoutwest) to bring this to reality. When Don was able to get a number of forum members to buy the grille, the company jacked up his costs (to make him drop out) and took the grilles direct.

In this case they build it AFTER you pay for it, then this ad that about the polisher not being in yada yada yada. Message left today that it would be shipped tomorrow, so my car will be out of the shop probably tomorrow and I have no grille yet. They didn't say that on the ebay spot, otherwise I would have had a regular grille painted and it would have been installed and done. I'm not happy that they blew me off, said it would be here early this week, ie shipped thursday of last week, no communication worth a hoot, and I'll be leaving that feedback on ebay. It'll look nice when it's done, but it was a very poor shopping experience. Mark
