I sent this to the lovely couple in a PM last night but thought I would share it here with everyone now.....

Gotta tell ya guys I am happy for both of ya !!!
Now I must admit I didn't do a good job following the posts back and forth between you two
but Franc , now that the cat is out of the bag
I must now confess that I knew the scheme for some time now.
I didn't save the first PM Cathy sent but
