Why do you need a new sensor? Was it damaged when you hit the curb?

It is OK to run without the sensors since the UK cars and the base 05 models don't even have the sensors. You just won't be able to tell if you are having a flat and run the risk of ruining a tire if you do have a flat. Keep in mind that they would have to take the tire back off of the rim to install the sensor when it comes in.
