I checked the "manual for the Chrysler warranty" and under section 2. it talkes about "What's covered under DaimlerChrysler's Warranties"
-under section B. Whats Covered it says, "There is no list of covered parts since the only exception is tires."

(The above is for the Basic Limited Warranty 3/36)

the dealer told me that my headlight issue is not a defect....well if its not a defect then why am i having this issue? I understand because of the elements....but i know cars that are way older than mine or the same year and dont' have this problem at all. A friend of mine in my town has an 05 Crossfire, with more mileage, and his look brand new....

Any more ideas?
Ok, here's the argument I would use.

If the problem is condensation INSIDE the housing, it should be covered because it isn't from the elements. It's a design issue and DC recognized it as such.

If it's on the OUTSIDE thier argument might stand. Although, if it was held by Chrysler for 18 months with no protection (neglect) they should make good on the 3/36, $500 a pop or not. If it's not excluded, what is the issue?
