I need some info on the pulley as I have never seen a picture from the other side.
Simply put if these bolts take fluctuating shear loads all the time, then the pulley must fail at some time. Moparbust's sheared bolt is a hint of the future if that is the case. Engine pulleys flying around in the engine bay sounds damaging at best. Is there a history of failure? If not it should be OK.
I just do not know if these bolts are under these loads. If the bolts hold the hub to the outer, with the threads located in the hub itself then they are flexed.
