KAYBAR - Not to make this dealer nightmare any worse, but are you sure they used Mobil 1 0W-40 synthetic oil?

If they didn't know how many quarts your car needed, there's a good chance they may have put regular 5W or 10W-30 oil in it.

Worth a check, and may be time to switch dealers.
