As ignorant as the service tech seems,make dam sure that he used the proper oil when he supposedly changed your oil.It wouldnt be the 1st time some dipship service tech just grabs some 5w30 and puts it in.I agree with everybody else,when it comes to oil changes- DIY.-------------------------Dave
