Durn that there was tough, photo of fuel boost test
I feel like I got a woopen!
Finally got the dagum cameras to work again, hit a button on a camera that I did not use often, plum fergit the operation, and why is it in TIFF????Arrug
Here is a bit of the data logger with the stacked pulleys. Another chart shows the spike to 25 PSIG until the belt began to cry for assistance. The temp is near 32 F.
Please note the boost and its equivalent rpm, yes below 4000 rpm. The engine was going like never before! Way over pulleyed; but if you dont try and go there how do you know? My fuel pressure at the rail was above 80 when I could focus on the gauge-
" Wound it up to a hundred-and-ten
My speedometer said that I hit top end
My foot was glued like lead to the floor
That's all there is and there ain't no more
Now the boys all thought I'd lost my sense
And telephone poles looked like a picket fence
They said, "Slow down! I see spots!
The lines on the road just look like dots"
I will be getting to the development for control of the f/a, just wanted to see if I could richen the mixture at extreme boost. Remember that I used to hit 17:1 at 19 PSIG......
