I got it fixed!!! This is how I ended up fixing it, I downloaded internet explorer 7 ( I had 6) then I went in and hit the reset button and all is good.
Also for whatever reason everything loads super fast now.
Internet Explorer 7 has been out for quite awhile.
I'm surprised you were not riddled with automatic messages to upgrade a long time ago.
It's like a whole new PC now isn't it.
