I think the Crossfire's domestic brand and upscale image (that weird Celine Dion marketing campaign), retro-ish styling, and higher price drew in older buyers with more money.

My SRT6 actually replaces a 2004 BMW 325 convertible. An older woman (in her late 80s) ran a red light and hit my door at over 35mph.
