I have to strongly disagree. At the beginning of August I ordered a cargo cover. After one week, they did nothing with my order. Then they charged my card and said it would ship the next day. Then after a week I heard about the american version being available. I asked them if it had not shipped yet, could I cancel my order? They promised to credit me within a few days. A week later they would not reply to my e-mails. I had to dispute the charge and American Express got my money back. I will never attempt to do business with them again.
