Belt slippage, didnt you say that you were running stacked pulleys? If so what is your boost, I believe that you still did not have a data logger.

Stacked pulleys load the belt really heavily, like 55 and more horse power, PLUS the load for the water pump plus the alternator plus the power steering unit, your looking at over 70 HP loading. Add to this the reduced diameter of the code 3 which has less surface but more importantly LOOSENS the belt tension.

I had to add a bigger pulley to get back to stock tension overall, just to go down the road. I still got some slippage.
