Saskins have you removed the air inlets that the stock tubes connect to ?
These inlets are 1- 1 1/2 inches at the most. I took out the passinger side inlet and the actual opening is ruffly more than 3 inches. This has made a great diffrence in my system. Also the sound even from the stock ehaust has increased greatly, probaly due to the higher flow of cold air.
