How about this, "Mr. Photo" man. If I give a professional photographer a Nikon Coolpix Point and shoot, and give a random person off the street a Nikon D300, obviously the professional photographer is going to get better shots with the cheap Coolpix, because the person off the street doesn't know how to use a Nikon D300.
Does that mean the Coolpix is a better camera? HAHAHAHAH
Again, a car that goes 11.9 @ 133 is faster than a car that goes 11.8 @ 112. There is noting that can convince me that a car that travels 133mph in 1320ft is slower than a car that goes 112mph. The only reason it didn't make it down faster is because of the driver.
In fact, as Cruzinquick pointed out, if the driver of the 11.8 car had a poor reaction time, he STILL could have lost with a better 1/4 mile time.
