Default Wrecked Crossfire, Thank you drunk drivers.

Last night in Tulsa out on Sheridan at about 12:30am i pull up to a stoplight waiting for it to turn green..just as fast as i come to a complete stop a Tahoe doing 35-40mph slams into the back of my crossfire..my seatbelt didnt lock like i assume it should have and i was thrown into the steering wheel. The whole rear of my crossfire is destroyed..i had to climb out of my window to get out of the car because my door would not open.

The driver of the Tahoe couldnt have been 20 (im only 17) and she was too drunk to pass the police officers sobriety test, im almost positive she made no attempt to brake..she hit me hard enough to toss my crossfire half way into the lane next to me and slam into the car infront of me.

I spent roughly four hours in the ER, getting ex rays, etc..etc..No fracturs, no broken bones, no major injuries..just sore all over and ive had a throbbing head ache since i was at the ER which they said would go away in a day or two..currently on Lexapro and Loretabs for the next couple of days.

I was just wondering, does anybody think the insurance will total out my crossfire or just repair the damageS? the entire rear of my car was compacted..my trunk..oh god lol..I had a hat in my trunk and the hat somehow was on the pavement..Ill try and get pictures soon..i would have taken some at the time but i havnt been able to find my phone since the accident..i think it must have been tossed under one of the seats or something..somehow my hood popped open, it threw my car out of gear..hah it even threw the cupholder out onto the floorboard (always hated that cupholder)

Oh..and the drunk girl, didnt have an up to date insurance card on her..she may or may not have insurance all the cops said was that the card that she has was not up to date..does anyone know what to do about that situation?

Any advice or recommendations would be great...ive never been so sore in my entire life lol...but ive also never slammed myself into a steering wheel >.>
