The I/C is above the h/e and the bleeding is difficult, there are posts that I did to show how to get the air out, and it takes time. Mostly you need to add a hose clamp to restrict the hose for a while 15 minutes. Tighten it to about half no more constrictiong the hose to allow additional bleed to the tank.

On the I/c the lower hose is the goesinta and the upper hose is the goesouta for your info.
