So sorry to hear about the loss of the Crossfire. I'm glad though that you're ok, the car is just a piece of sheetmetal, and can be replaced.

having said that, I really wish people would stop advising people on getting an attorney before you even know if there is a problem. if there isn't I can guarantee you will have by the time you get out of their office. They will run you ragged going to dr appointments to build that case. You have two years to file suit in OK for personal injury and property damage, so you have plenty of time to find out if there is a residual injury or not. Take your time, figure out for yourself what's real, then deal with it.

as far as uninsured motorist coverage, that only applies to injury, so if you don't have a one except for minor stuff than it wouldn't apply anyway. You have medpay coverage and collision coverage for your own stuff if there is no insurance on the other car. It does sound as if the Cross is totalled, so I'd suggest you start looking for another car. You'll probably get a great deal on another one if that'swhat you want.

But in any event, I am really glad you were ok, in OK. Mark
