Sorry for your loss, and glad to hear you were OK. Talk to your agent as soon as possible, then a lawyer. People without insurrance are one of my biggest fears out on the road, that's why I carry In-insured Motorist on my cars. Had to use it once when my wife got rear ended and the turkey left the scene.
