If it weren't for being an auto, I would've never bought the car. I learned in my mustang GT that dealing with shifting a powerful car is pointless stress as a daily driver. Either you shift slow and look dumb and go slow, or shift fast and work way too hard just to drive through stop and go traffic.

As soon as I test drove the srt-6, and its auto tranny, I was sold. The tranny shifts faster and higher than a person ever could with a manual. These aren't the old days of auto trannies.

And the electronic shift stick tapping is fun to show people, even if I never use it alone.
