I have to agree with this one. That is basically my setup. You will be in the 11's. Isn't ATCO in Jersey? Your definately in 11's there. Heck I'm in AZ the hottest state in the country and I didn't waste my money on cooling mods. For roundy round racing you will need them, so depends on what your after. Fast for short periods, or fast for long part killing time periods? Yes NW has a monster of a HE waiting for you.
