In Minnesota I would be liable for the damage to the car ahead of me even though I was shoved by another car. I think that should be conditional, there isn't enough road for every car to stop 15 feet from the car ahead of them, traffic flow would be rediculously slow.
Oh no, i didnt hit the car infront of me lol, she hit my rear somewhat at an angle and tossed me into the next lane like i was a rag doll then plowwed into the car that WAS infront of me lol..so basicaly the SUV made its way in between me and the car infront of me by shoving me to the side and cutting in line

Being stuck in doors with limited movement has left me with an odd sense of humor..i think the crazyness is setting in >.< lol.
