Can't help you about the bird droppings on the top but I think you should get the Classic Yellow convertible. I've seen the Aero Blue and I have a SSB coupe (04) and I would take a classic yellow roadster in a minute and if I hadn't just bought the coupe. The classic yellow rdstr looks much better with the black top as well.
