Default Difficulty Starting + Solution & Dealer Fix

Just an FYI for anyone interested--

To make a very long and difficult story short:

My Crossfire was taking a long time to start. Starter spinning fine, but not catching for about 5-6 seconds. Didn't happen when cold, or when warmed up, only after sitting for about 2-4 hours.

Dealer diagnosed as a bad fuel pump, replaced under warranty.

I don't think this is the same as the mystery no start issue. Anybody have similar problems? I searched fuel pump and it doesn't seem like a common problem.
