i will be working on adding power to the car to help with the lack of top end power, the only thing that makes this car run so well is the gearing in first and second, so hitting a quicker 60' will get quicker 1/4 mile time thus improving your quartermile time. mmm
oh and i own a high 9 low 10 sec(depending on boost setting) street car and at the top the srt leaves much to be desired, you should ride in one sometime maybe give you the itch to go faster not try to run the exact same every lap
It's only boring when your not good. When your sponsored SRT6 puts down a quicker time then mine with less mods or equal come back and talk your smack. Until then your still bench racing.
I would love to see a fully modded SRT6 go from 12.00 to 11.60 just with a converter. I'll be the first one to congratulate and pat you on the back. If j-fire's car is what your experimenting on then get the pulley and tune set a baseline and then publish the results. Any single mod pulley, CAI, tune by itself can deliver .40 off the 1/4 mile from a stock car. Most everyone that would be interested is already at low 12.0's wanting your help to get deep into the 11's. IMO if it's a tenth off the very end result it's still worth it. That may get someone into the 11's.
This is not a typical Chrysler, you will need to develop TCU software to fully take advantage of the tranny. Again another item on the want list.
