Two months with almost a full tank your fuel is fine. White smoke in cold weather is normal condinsation burning off in the exhaust and not the fuel. Fuel usually gets a bluish off white color. I would just drive the car and if you are worried about the fuel just don't beat on it till most of that tank is gone and you refill with fresh fuel.
