Sorry to see it go, but your priorities are right on. In our current market it's time to buy one and then another. PM me I have a great lender in Tucson that's really treating my clients right. Also the list is slim but I have some homes you can get in with $100 total. It's the only program in US that you don't have to put down 3.5%.
