Mickey, don't be deceived my the Max Care warranty. IT IS NOT
BUMPER-TO-BUMPER. If it was, I wouldn't be going through my top issue. I was told this by my local dealer and I have called Chrysler Serivce Contracts to confirm that the top is not covered along with some other things (headlights, fog lights, anything cosmetic).
The Asst. Service Manager told me that they've fired some salesmen because they've said it's bumper-to-bumper (the factory warranty is truely bumper-to-bumper) when it's not. I have to call the Chrysler Service Contracts and the dealer I bought it from to take care of it since it's such a costly fix ($2200) due to a defect from the factory which should be recalled.
If it's mechanical, they'll replace it. I still love my car though
