Default cd slipping

English, I did not know that. Thanks to our government 20+ years ago we switched to metric distance and speed. The U.S. was suppose to at that time but the natives put up such a stink the government backed down. Only in Canada you say.
We have a combination of Metric/Imperial weights, our lumber is measured in imperial. Our cars have to be metric. In Quebec you have to be French first and in some cases French only.

Why did the U.K. stay imperial when the rest of Europe is metric?
Stupid question, probably for same reason you stayed with the # rather than the Euro?

The whole world is mixed up pretty good!
