There is a TSB for this problem. I'm not too sure how effective the fix is. I just had both housings replaced for (1) Condensation inside the Housing, and (2) Discoloration of the lens.

The new housings are a bit different in that the "T" shaped silicone rubber tube has been replaced with a small box. Some sort of labyrinthine vent? IDK.
