As for Harrison, Dude, you're worrying too much. It's not like you are spending 80 grand on a car. My Ducati cost more than the SRT6 does right now. Even if you had to replace the engine, it's still a steal.
You would be the third owner, but the second recipient of the certified Used warranty (if that's what it is). If it is the certified used warranty, I wonder why mine specifically states that it is for 8yrs or 80,000 miles? I have the the paperwork and the official booklet.
It's easy, as long as the warranty paperwork has your name on it and is signed by the dealership, you have a legally binding document that indicates your right to warranty work. Well, you have a family of lawyers, so you already know that right? Why would you worry about how the dealership is driving the car? What about the person or fleet who leased the vehicle? What about the second owner? How many drag strips has the car seen? Did you inspect the brake pads for abnormal wear? Is there maintenance history? Was it originally a Chrysler SRT Track Experience car? Not trying to alarm you, but since you brought it up, these are things to consider. Again, should have bought my car! At least you would have had the warm and fuzzy about how the car was treated. If you still want it, it's yours for $20,000!! Price went up due to people selling these things way too cheap.
HUH? I think you used the wrong quote.
