If it doesn't cause a big problem, I would be willing to bump-up to a 100 octane tune and just live with 91 octane it when I can't get to one of the 100 octane pumps in my local.
You can always add a can of Octane Boost or keep one in the car, this way you can actually use that pathetic cup holder
